• Goods are of acceptable quality — they are durable, safe, free from defects and do what a reasonable person would expect.
• Goods are fit for any particular purpose you make known to us.
• Goods match their description or any sample or demonstration model.
• We have the right to transfer clear title, and the goods are free from any hidden security.

• Services are carried out with due care and skill.
• Services are fit for the purpose you make known to us.
• Services are supplied within a reasonable time, where no time is agreed.

If a good or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement (for goods) or compensation for the reduced value of the service (for services). For a minor failure, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee or right you have under the ACL. Any term that purports to do so is of no effect.

We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, or make false or misleading representations about our goods or services, in accordance with sections 18 and 29 of the ACL.

Our standard terms are reviewed to avoid unfair terms within the meaning of the ACL. If you believe a term is unfair, please contact us.
